THANK YOU SHERRY AND GLENN....

We spent our third week in the DR with Sherry and Glenn at their beautiful home in Cabarete.  It was a week of relaxation and beauty.  We were spoiled rotten and appreciate all the love and hospitality.  We visited the Mariposa Foundation, the chocolate factory, Sosua, etc.  We had delicious food and enjoyed great friendship.  THANK YOU!

Learning Spanish at the Beach......

Our second week in the Dominican Republic took us to Cabarete on the North Shore.  Cabarete is noted for surfing and kite surfing.  We stayed at a funky Surf Camp next door to our school.  We took 3 hours of Spanish for one week and we both feel we learned a lot.

JANUARY 2017

Happy 2017.....Joe and I are once again in the Dominican Republic.  We spent one fabulous week with Somos Amigos again at a medical clinic in Naranjito, near the Haitian border.  We continue to enjoy the wonderful people and work.
